Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Prajatantra we honor and respect the financial contributions that people make to support us. This page detailed our mode of payment, monthly payment plans, refund/cancellation, tax exemption, and support us.

Mode of Payments

You can pay us only through our website. We use the Razorpay payment gateway to securely receive payments using a credit card, debit card, UPI ID. We don’t accept cash so don’t pay anyone in cash claiming to represent us or transfer money online to any bank account or UPI ID advertised anywhere else.

Order Invoices

Our payment partner Razorpay would send you invoices on our behalf as soon as a successful payment is made. If for some reason you need an invoice in a different format, say a GST compliant invoice with more details, please reach out to us via email at .

Monthly Subscription Plans

Thank you for considering us worthy of your continuous support. Right now, we don’t have subscription or membership plans, but we plan to introduce those soon.

Tax Exemption

Prajatanra never seeks donations, we ask you to pay for content already consumed. We are a private company and there is no 80G certificate i.e. your contributions are not tax exempted. Your contribution is revenue earned in our business.

Refund Cancellation

As far as refunds are considered we are sorry to have disappointed you, there are no refunds or cancellations applicable on one-time payments.

We’d encourage you to write to us so that we see your point of view. However, we can’t return your earlier payment as those were in lieu of work already done by us at the time you made the payment. We ask people to make a payment only if they are happy with our past work.
